The objective is to learn about the applications of Machine Learning with Python. The focus of this module is to help students in acquiring skills to effectively and efficiently use the Python programming language to solve business problems using ML and AI algorithms. This is an advanced program.

Coverage – Programing basics, data types in python -string, list, tuple, dictionary, data frames etc., conditionals, data manipulation & management, libraries like Pandas, seaborn, matplotlib, scikitlearn for data visualisation and analytics

Module II MACHINE LEARNING

Coverage – Machine Learning fundamentals, types of learning alogirthms, biases & trade-offs; Supervised learning – Linear & logistic regression, classification methods, KNN, Naive Bayes, Decision Trees & Random Forest, Ensemble methods, SVM; Unsupervised learning – K-means clustering, Principal Component analysis; Text mining

Module III INTRODUCTION TO AI

Coverage – Deep learning – Introduction to Neural network, image cognition

Tool – Python

Application- Application of ML and AI in Retail, financial sector, healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, HR etc. – examples, case studies, assignments and projects
